At Barkers procurement consultancy we aim to delivery £2m in social value every year based on our pro bono advisory work to the charity sector and the value created by our own Social Enterprise LifeScape. In 2018 we created LifeScape to create jobs for traditionally excluded groups and the long term unemployed. Whilst the capital investment in depots, vans, buildings and equipment has been significant, the investment of time from Barkers staff has been massive. The senior management team have personally dedicated many 100s of days into the development of LifeScape. Helping those less fortunate is a passion for our business and we believe it shines through in the business ethics we bring to our procurement and commercial services.

At Barkers our team are Chartered MCIPS, FCIPS or equivalently qualified with relevant Honours Degrees, MBAs and PhDs based on research completed in areas relevant to the advancement of procurement and commercial best practice.
