Innovation in Services Procurement for the Utilities Sector

Barkers are pleased to announce a strategic procurement partnership with Constellia to support the implementation and successful delivery of Constellia’s established Neutral Vendor MSP solution for professional services into the Utility sector.

Since their appointment to the AEC Neutral Vendor Framework for Multi-Specialism Services in 2020, Constellia have enabled over 50 organisations to get better control of their professional services spend whilst improving compliance, driving savings, mitigating risks, significantly  improving  procurement timescales and extending procurement capability. Having driven procurement led change in the Utility sector for many years, Barkers are uniquely placed to help more customers realise these benefits.
