Luke graduated from Newcastle University with first-class honours in a chemical engineering master’s degree and has a strong interest In Procurement and Supply Chain. He joined Barkers in 2021 and is now client-facing, Coupa certified and has experience acting as PMO in Barker’s Digital Services. Read more >

Jenny joined Barkers’ social enterprise, LifeScape in the summer of 2019, having had previous experience of retail management. Jenny was promoted to her current position of Business Manager at Barkers Commercial Services. Her role includes business administration, finance and marketing, including website design.

Adam has over 14 years’ of experience in Engineering and Direct goods Industries. He has a deep understanding of the complexities in complex organisations and unique stakeholder requirements. Maeve graduated from the University of Oxford with a degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics, before studying an international master’s in Atlantic History and Politics from the University of Missouri. She has procurement experience working within a major global media company, covering several procurement categories, and joined Barkers in 2026. In her free time, Maeve enjoys live music, going to the theatre, and travelling to new places. She will always appreciate a good recommendation for where she should visit next!

Connell graduated from Loughborough University with an honours degree in Economics with Spanish. He completed a placement year in the UK & Ireland Procurement team at a global pharmaceutical company, and also has experience in partnership and account management in the sports and eyewear industry. Matt is an ex-Management Consultant with proven experience delivering process improvement and large-scale digital transformation programmes across finance, healthcare, and public sector environments. Having worked at a Big 4 firm for 3 years, he is well versed in working across multi-disciplinary teams, facilitating workshops, and converting complex data into clear business cases and transformation roadmaps.

Luke has over 12 years’ of procurement and P2P Systems experience. Working across a wide range of industries and clients, Luke has expanded on his Procurement expertise and applied it to the delivery of designing and implementing the Coupa P2P system as a Solutions Architect. Read more >
