Assisted Category Management

Barkers will support category managers in the delivery of their savings plan through:

  • Skills and behaviour development (assessment and coaching)
  • Practical category advice based on our experience and knowledge
  • Support for key workshops / stakeholder conversations
  • Support for key negotiations / approaches to market
  • Formal training courses to develop Category Management capability

Agency +

Barkers will provide interim resources from its network to the client.  These resources will complete behavioural and skills assessments before starting with the client and will have access to Barkers network of resources for knowledge sharing, peer review and best practice sharing whilst providing clients with transparency through our on-line reporting portal.

Resources will provide regular updates on what they have achieved, and work in collaboration with client to help fill vacancies with permanent staff.
